Roll out our classic dough like you would with a pizza, load it with your favorite ingredients & toppings, fold one half over the other and crimp the edges with your hands or fork. We love using ricotta impastata, fresh mozzarella, a little Pecorino Romano and pesto.  Bake in conventional oven until golden brown. Ours takes 25-30 minutes & our wood-fired oven only 2-3!
